USL Online Exam Instructions: Rochester Board

1. Complete USL Exam Offline 1st: Inputting answers online is time restricted. First go to US Lacrosse Annual Testing to download & complete the Adult Rule Exam and Answer Sheet. Once complete follow steps 2-7 to transfer answers from paper to online exam.

3. Log In:
USL Member # - New 7-digit member #s have 5-zeros preceding it. 6-digit
member #s have 6-zeros preceding it.
Local Board - All officials select CNY-Rochester.
Select your current rating (New officials select Apprentice).

4. Level of Play:
Apprentices & Locals - Select High School/Club and Youth
Districts - Select All Levels
“Does your Board require both exams?” - Select No
5. Select Take the Test: Transfer answers from your completed paper exam.
6. Email results:
