Rochester Area Lacrosse League (RALL)
The mission of the Rochester Area Lacrosse League (RALL) is to promote the sport of lacrosse for the youth of the Rochester area in order to develop their playing skills, teach and encourage good sportsmanship, and foster healthy competition.
Rochester Area Lacrosse League represents towns across the Rochester and surrounding area for the Spring lacrosse season. RALL games follow USL Youth Rules U-11 & U-9. Youth Rules are found in the USL Rulebook and Youth Guidebook.
