WCLA governs Club lacrosse

 NCAA rules with WCLA modifications:

1. No Possession Clock
2. 15-minute running clock quarters
3. Stop clock in the last 2-minutes of each quarter on 8-meter free positions (offensive end only) AND on goals.
4. Clock does not stop if there is a 10-goal differential
