Section 5 requires officials be digitally fingerprinted and cleared by New York State Education Department in order to officiate modified level or higher. 

• Complete by March 15th.
• Processing fee is approximately $125.00 (one-time fee). 
• One-time requirement.
• Section 5 reimburses 50% following second season. 

1. Create an account in the NYS TEACH System:

2. Submit Fingerprinting Clearance Form to:

3.  Schedule Fingerprinting Appointment:

Follow these steps:

• Schedule Appointment
• Enter “Essential Information”
• Answer “Personal Questions”.  Enter “No” for Authorization Coupon Code.
• Select Location, Date, and Time for appointment.

4.  Notify RBWLO Chair when notified of clearance.

• Keep copies of Fingerprinting Clearance Form, email confirmations of appointments and payments, etc.

5. To request reimbursement:

• Must be cleared by New York State.
• New officials will be reimbursed following second season.
• Must provide RBWLO fingerprinting confirmation/receipt.
